Don Baker explains that you may have to adjust your leadership style based on the people you are serving. Depending on the issues or situations you deal with as an AD, it is sometimes necessary to learn to do things better or in entirely different ways. In today's interscholastic athletics, everything is not just black and white, there is a lot of grey, and you must be able to adjust and adapt.
