Lacey London discusses a common issue she encounters with Athletic Directors regarding burnout. ADs, especially new ones, believe that they must do everything to get the job done correctly. ADs must be able to delegate tasks to get the assistance they need. She recommends setting boundaries that enable the AD to have family time and schedule personal time outside of their job responsibilities.
