Watch as Coach explains that the proper fielding position for short hops is getting the rear down and glove hand out. Coach demonstrates this partner drill working both forehand and backhand. The second part of the partner drill involves hitting fungos to the players while on their knees, again working forehand and backhand. He suggests making this a competition drill in practice to spice it up.
