Watch as Coach Sean Kenny explains that he wants his pitchers to get away from working on mechanics when they throw and instead focus on mechanics in their prep movements before they throw. Coach will explain, and pitchers will demonstrate prep movements using PVC pipe and med balls. Focus will be on creating hinge, creating a corkscrew move, and then “ride that slide” down the mound.
