Watch as Coach PJ Fleck explains the importance of players' body language at practice. Practices are fast-paced and never more than 90 minutes in length. Conditioning is part of practice and the players must sprint from drill to drill. The players are not allowed to walk or jog and cannot put their hands on their knees or on their head. The trainers are watching the players for body language and if needed, will pull them out of drills.
