Watch as Coach Demetrice Martin discusses press coverage and how he uses a chair to teach the press technique. The DB picks up a chair with the back away from their body. When the arms are extended the DB looks through the chair and focuses on the receiver's hips. This keeps the DB's head down and makes them lock out. Coach teaches a kick slide technique and when the chair is locked out it prevents the DB from crossing over and makes him kick.
