Watch as Coach Glenn Schumann explains and shows practice video of a linebacker's pass rush vs. a running back. He describes three types of blocks that the LB can face: lunge, throw (cut), and sit. The LB should read the RB's head and to help determine what the RB is going to do. If the RB lunges, the LB will use a combat technique getting the hand on their shoulders. If the RB throws, the LB should avoid and not slow down. If the RB sits, the LB will use a bull rush technique.
