Watch as Coach Carlos Locklyn explains and shows practice video of his old school RBs pre-practice drill. The drill uses ropes and bags to work on a back's agility and flexibility of the hips, knees, and ankles. Ball security is a major focus of the drill as the players are whacked as they run through the ropes. Coach teaches the RBs to think uppercut instead of high and tight as they are holding on to the ball and to not take a direct shot but to roll the shoulder in the contact.
