Watch as Coach explains and shows practice clips of the Avoid KOC vs. KOR Drill. On the kickoff, the player running downfield needs to make a full-speed decision. They cannot stop their feet, must avoid, stack, and tag off on the runner. On the kick return, the players want to sprint back to gain leverage: flip the hips, fire the feet, and shock with the hands. To win the drill they must deny the tag off.
