Watch as Coach discusses, and players demonstrate lobs to a post. He believes that when a defender has position on a post player, the lob is a low percentage play. The post must seal and when the defender takes it away, don't ask for the lob but seal one more time. The post player has now created additional space and now asks for the lob.
