Watch as Coach discusses angled pitches vs. breaking pitches. As the pitch caller, you must realize that not all curve balls are the same. A pitch that has a bullet spin is an angled pitch, and a breaking pitch will go straight then have a late break. Think of angled pitches as fastballs when you are calling pitches. It is also important that your pitchers know the difference between go-to pitches vs. secondary pitches. Outs are a result of go-to pitches, and secondary pitches are set-ups.
