Leadership: What Type of Team Do You Want to Be? with Robert Grasso – La Jolla Country Day School (CA)

April 3, 2024 • By ADInsider

Robert Grasso discusses how coaches must determine with their players what type of standards and values they must set that define their teams. It is important to ask questions so that players understand why they are competing and what type of team they want to be. This allows players to know what is expected and helps to hold them accountable. Each team develops their core covenants that define their squad regarding values, foundation, and identity. He will explain this process and show examples of what various teams decided were their core covenants.
