Watch as Coach explains, and long jumpers demonstrate these take off drills. Coach likes to use boxes and ramps in these take off drills, as that allows for less impact so the jumpers can get in more reps. The drills use mini hurdles and boxes, working on sprint mechanics and posture. The box 3-3-7 drill works on the last four steps.
