Watch as Coach Shelton Ervin discusses this treadmill drill that they use when forced to work indoors due to inclement weather. The treadmills are not powered, and the force is created by the athletes. The athletes must push back to create the force and not down to power the treadmill. The drill is timed for 15 to 30 seconds, at the max, and the goal is to create great effort and increased heart rate.
