Watch as Coach Dan Meske explains, and players demonstrate this power tipping warm-up progression. Starting with a basketball, players will execute their full approach and tip the ball, focusing on wrist movement and finishing with the hand above the head. Progress to using a volleyball which is lighter and allows players to work on speed. This is an effective play allowing middle attackers to quickly throw it down to any open spot.
