Watch as Coach Adam Brewster explains, and players demonstrate this weighted ball wall warmup progression. Players start by going from left to right hand and then setting into the wall, focusing on wrist movement and finger placement. Using the weighted setter balls helps to build upper body strength. Players will continue with the same motions but add a jump and they want to set the ball while in the air. This is a great drill to help train hand-eye coordination. For the last move, players will add a turn to work on their back sets.
