Watch as Coach Renee Saunders explains, and players demonstrate the Vegas 21 Free Ball Drill. This flexible drill consists of seven balls tossed to one side or alternated between sides. Free balls will be played out, keeping score of the "little points". Once all seven free balls have been played, the team with the ball chooses to serve or receive. The team to win that point will bank the “big points” and you repeat the seven balls. Make it a shorter or longer drill by changing up the number of balls you play with.
