Watch as Coach Adrianna Blackman explains, and players demonstrate the Warmup Prehab Band Series they use to help prevent injury and increase shoulder strength and mobility. Players will complete eight reps of each move while keeping the opposite hand on their hip and core tight. This circuit warmup includes Front Extensions (thumb up and then thumb out), Side Extensions, Back Extension, External and Internal Rotations, Shoulder Flys, and PNF.
