Watch as Coach explains, and players demonstrate the Circle Shooting Drill. This is a four-minute drill with the goal of making 142 buckets. Start the drill with layups moving to the block and then shoot 3s from the elbow. The shooters are working on keeping their hands up in a good receiving position and the passers use their off hand to deliver the ball.
