Watch as Coach Kevin Ward explains and demonstrates this elbow pass and stalk drill. This is a warmup speed drill focusing on building habits and instincts while getting the body warm. The drill starts with clearing a collar tie and getting the opponent's hand off the neck while putting their weight toward the other foot and being ready to stalk. It is important when the opponent recovers to present a threat and take the shot if the opportunity is there.
