Watch as Coach explains and demonstrates this head to-head-drill. The drill starts with hands in the pocket as the wrestlers are learning to circle, backing each other up, and getting the feet in proper position to shoot. The heads never separate as this represents the 'slight pressure' that the opponent should feel, but not see. The drill progresses from head-to-head to placing the head on the opponent's neck and when he squares up, move to the other side.
