Watch as Coach Kevin Ward explains and demonstrates the importance of snapping and applying pressure when defending against a shot. He breaks down his principles of short offense as good, better, and best. A front headlock is good, two hands over top is better, and snapping and covering them with your hips is best. He shows a drill where the objective is to put the opponent on at least one elbow and cover and be in a position to score.
