Watch as Coach Marcus Willis explains, and players demonstrate this square passing drill. The offense is set up in a 3-1-2 with 3 middies up top and 2 attackmen behind. The drill works on V cutting and timing for a period of 7 to 10 minutes, working it both ways so the players can get work using both hands. Coach will explain the drill in detail focusing on each position and the players' responsibilities.
